A service provider is being sought for the development of a handbook for a Rapid Environmental Assessment (REA) Data Hub by the NATO Maritime Geospatial, Meteorological & Oceanographic Centre of Excellence.
The selected candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive guide to support the implementation of a REA Data Hub, ensuring that it meets NATO technical and operational standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Must be a citizen of a NATO Ally
 - University degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, information systems, or a related field
 - Strong software development, networking, and systems integration background
 - Experience in military requirements analysis and GEOMETOC domains
 - Security clearance (or willingness to obtain)
 
The REA Data Hub will play a vital role in enhancing NATO’s situational awareness, decision-making, and operational effectiveness in dynamic maritime environments. This project will also contribute to the REPMUS exercise by testing its capabilities in a real-world scenario.
