On 6 May 2025, the Maritime GEOMETOC Centre of Excellence convened its 10th Steering Committee Meeting in Lisbon, Portugal. The session brought together representatives from the Sponsoring Nations — Portugal, Spain, Romania, and Türkiye — as well as observers from Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and United States.
During the meeting, the Steering Committee approved the Financial Statements for the 2024 fiscal year and formally endorsed the inclusion of three out-of-cycle activities as official projects within the 2025 Programme of Work. These decisions underscore the Centre’s ongoing development and its strategic alignment with NATO priorities.
