The NATO Maritime GEOMETOC Centre of Excellence received a visit from the Allied Command Operations (ACO) Command Senior Enlisted Leader (CSEL), Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) Kevin J. Mathers, on 15 February 2024.
The main objective of this visit was to give them an idea of the projects and activities of the Centre, to deepen their knowledge and to provide information/guidelines from Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) and the new Non-Commissioned Officer and Junior Officer Bi-SC Strategy.
CWO Kevin Mathers is the seventh CSEL for ACO at NATO's SHAPE. He serves as the Supreme Allied Commander Europe's personal adviser on matters affecting the enlisted force. CSEL is responsible for mentoring the Alliance's enlisted force and representing their needs to the leadership.
